1. The circlehoe Mini Hoe 10 inches Hand hoe 15 inches
These hoes have a circular carbon steel blade to make short work of young weeds in the vegetable bed, but their shape and balance give you great contol, so your vegetable seedlings stay unharmed. The Mini circlehoe is also useful for containers and for gutting squash and pumpkins.
The old adage "A weed is a plant in the wrong place" is quite true, and the bigger they get, the harder they are to eradicate. The safest way to banish pernicious weeds is to dig them out, and if it's done early in the season, this will help to keep flowerbeds and lawns healthy. These sturdy hand weeders-some classic, some unconventional- will rout the tough raproots and dense mats of even the most vigorous invaders.

The circlehoe comes pre-sharpened. To sharpen, use a round chainsaw file only on the inside of the lower front portion of the blade.
1 The sharpened front bottom edge cleanly cuts weeds below the ground even slicing through clay & adobe.
The BLADE is the SECRET
The CIRCLEHOE® Blade is the Secret to an effortless, organic method of weed control with minimal disturbance of the soil.
The sharp blade is pulled through the soil lifting and breaking it up while slicing the roots of the weeds but it does not transport the soil along.
The special design gets into tight spaces without damaging the plant structure above or below the ground.
Weeding and cultivating your vegetable garden and flower beds takes a lot less time and effort. With the long handled CIRCLEHOE®, most of your weeding can be done without having to bend down.
The rugged, quality blade works well in soils like in clay and adobe.
Now you can achieve the benefits of a weed free, aerated garden for more productive, vigorous plant growth without chemical herbicides.
2 The sides & back of the blade are dull so you can get in close to your plants without damaging them.
Easy Weekend Gardening
A circlehoe® may look odd, compared to a regular garden hoe, but it does the same job with greater ease! The head is a circle, held at an angle to the handle. The front of the circlehoe® is sharpened, to quickly slice under weeds with a single stroke (no chopping at them!). However, the rest of the head is dull, so you can safely push the foliage of “good” plants out of the way without causing any damage. And because of the open center of the circle, you can easily see the plant you’re working on.

Make weeding easier with the Mini circlehoe®. At 11 inches long, it’s easy to handle and fits neatly into your pocket or garden tote. The 2 inch diameter circular head is made of forged carbon steel and powder coated, so it won’t rust. If you’ve tried the bigger version of this tool, you know it’s sharpened on the inside of the circle. As you pull it toward you, it slices through the soil just below the surface... It’s great for getting into tight spaces without damaging the leaves, stems or roots of your favorite plants.
Bottom line: It’s a small tool that’s a big help with weeding.

I just wanted to tell you that your circlehoes are the best! A couple of years ago I ordered one and it was so good I bought the two other sizes. Today (1/25/09) I ordered a set so I will have a 'spare'. That's ridiculous since I know they will last a lifetime but I will feel better knowing I have an extra set in case of an emergency! I wish everyone had a set because if they don't, they just don't know what they are missing! Jan C., GA
Just bought one of your circlehoe's. WOW! I am so glad I did. We spend the winter in Arizona and once we get home to Wilderville, OR, it usually takes me 3 weeks of bending or sitting on a bucket to pull all the weeds. I used the hoe for an hour today and I'm more than 1/2 done with this detested chore. THANK YOU for a wonderful product! Karen S., OR
